What it pays for
Hosting, the domain, the database, and the map tiles. It is a small bill, and it is one person’s — there is no company behind this. Every event on the site was found, checked, and written up by hand.
A donation buys nothing: no placement, no priority, no feature. Organisers are not charged to be listed and cannot pay to rank higher, and that stays true whether or not anyone ever chips in. If you’d rather support the site without spending anything, tell someone about an event you found here — that is genuinely worth more.
