Refund Policy

Overview
FlexScenes is a fitness event discovery and ticketing platform. When you purchase a ticket through our platform, you are registering for an event organised by a third-party organiser. This policy explains when refunds apply and how to request one.
General Rule — No Refunds After Purchase
All ticket sales are final. Once a purchase is confirmed, tickets cannot be cancelled or refunded unless one of the exceptions below applies. This is standard practice for live events because organisers incur costs (venue, staffing, logistics) immediately after ticket sales close.
Exceptions — When You Are Eligible for a Refund
- Event cancelled by the organiser. If an event is cancelled and not rescheduled, you will receive a full refund of the ticket price within 7–10 business days.
- Event postponed / rescheduled. If the organiser reschedules the event and you cannot attend the new date, you may request a refund within 5 days of the rescheduling announcement.
- Duplicate payment. If you were charged more than once for the same order due to a technical error, the duplicate charge will be refunded in full.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at hello@flexscenes.in with the subject line Refund Request — [Order ID]. Include:
- Your full name and registered email address
- Order ID (found in your confirmation email)
- Reason for the refund request
We will respond within 2 business days.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. The credit will appear on your original payment method (card, UPI, or net banking). Processing times may vary depending on your bank.
Free Tickets
Registrations for free events carry no monetary value and are therefore not eligible for a monetary refund. You may cancel your free registration by contacting us, which releases the spot to other attendees.
