Who We Are

FlexScenes (“we”, “our”, “us”) operates flexscenes.in, a fitness event discovery and ticketing platform focused on Bangalore. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it. By using our platform you agree to the practices described here.

Data We Collect

Account data

Name and email address when you create an account or log in via Google OAuth.

Ticket purchase data

Contact name, email, phone number, date of birth, and emergency contact details that you provide when buying a ticket. This information is shared with the event organiser for registration and safety purposes.

Payment data

We do not store your card number, UPI ID, or net-banking credentials. Payments are processed by Razorpay and governed by their privacy policy. We only store the Razorpay order ID and payment ID to confirm your transaction.

Usage data

Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps). This data is used for security, debugging, and aggregate analytics only.

How We Use Your Data

  • To create and manage your account
  • To process ticket purchases and send order confirmation emails
  • To share your registration details with the event organiser
  • To send transactional emails (booking confirmations, event updates)
  • To investigate disputes and prevent fraud
  • To improve the platform via aggregated, anonymised analytics

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not send marketing emails without your consent.

Third-Party Services

  • Supabase — database and authentication hosting
  • Razorpay — payment processing
  • Vercel — web hosting and edge network
  • Resend — transactional email delivery
  • Vercel Analytics — anonymised page-view analytics

Each provider is subject to its own privacy policy. We only share the minimum data necessary for each service to function.

Data Retention

Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. Order and ticket records are retained for at least 3 years for financial and legal compliance. You may request deletion of your account at any time (see below); order records required for compliance will be retained in anonymised form.

Your Rights

  • Access. Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correction. Ask us to correct inaccurate data.
  • Deletion. Request deletion of your account and personal data.
  • Portability. Receive your data in a machine-readable format.

Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. Vercel Analytics uses a privacy-preserving, cookie-free approach.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the site. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
