FlexScenes (“we”, “our”, “us”) operates flexscenes.in, a fitness event discovery and ticketing platform focused on Bangalore. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it. By using our platform you agree to the practices described here.

Account data
Name and email address when you create an account or log in via Google OAuth.
Ticket purchase data
Contact name, email, phone number, date of birth, and emergency contact details that you provide when buying a ticket. This information is shared with the event organiser for registration and safety purposes.
Payment data
We do not store your card number, UPI ID, or net-banking credentials. Payments are processed by Cashfree Payments and governed by their privacy policy. We only store the Cashfree order, payment, and (where applicable) refund reference IDs to confirm your transaction and process any refund.
Usage data
Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps). This data is used for security, debugging, and aggregate analytics only.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not send marketing emails without your consent.
Each provider is subject to its own privacy policy. We only share the minimum data necessary for each service to function.
Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. Order and ticket records are retained for at least 3 years for financial and legal compliance. You may request deletion of your account at any time (see below); order records required for compliance will be retained in anonymised form.

We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. Vercel Analytics uses a privacy-preserving, cookie-free approach. We do not set tracking or advertising cookies of our own.
Our advertising partners do set their own cookies on the pages where ads appear — see Advertising below for what they collect and how to opt out.
Video and social posts embedded in our guides can also set cookies, but only if you choose to load one — see Embedded Content below.
We show advertising on our event discovery pages — the homepage and city listings. We do not show ads during checkout, on your tickets, or anywhere in your account.
Some placements are sold directly by us to local businesses. These are plain images and links, always labelled “Sponsored”, and set no cookies and collect no data about you.
The rest are served by Google AdSense. Google is a third-party vendor that uses cookies to serve ads on our site. Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to FlexScenes and other sites on the internet. We do not receive, store, or have access to the personal data Google collects this way.

Blocking these cookies does not stop ads appearing — it means the ads you see are less relevant to you.
Our guides sometimes include a video from YouTube, a post or reel from Instagram, or an activity or route from Strava.
These are click-to-load. Nothing is requested from Google, Meta, or Strava when the page opens — until you tap, you are looking at a placeholder served by us. If you never tap an embed, those companies receive nothing about your visit.
Once you do load one, that provider receives your IP address and browser information and may set its own cookies, exactly as if you had visited their site directly. YouTube embeds use youtube-nocookie.com, Google’s privacy-enhanced mode. We do not receive, store, or have access to anything collected this way.
Each is governed by its own policy — Google and Meta and Strava.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the site. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
