Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FlexScenes(“the platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

What FlexScenes Is

FlexScenes is a fitness event discovery and ticketing platform. We connect event organisers with attendees. We are a marketplace — we are not the organiser of the events listed on our platform unless explicitly stated. The organiser is solely responsible for the event itself, including its content, safety, and execution.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and purchase tickets. By using the platform you represent that you meet this requirement. For events with specific age requirements, you must comply with those requirements as set by the organiser.

Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate information when registering or purchasing tickets.
• You may not share your account with others or use another person’s account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

Ticket Purchases

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payment is processed securely by Razorpay. By completing a purchase you also agree to Razorpay’s terms of service.
• A ticket grants you a personal, non-transferable right to attend the specific event for which it was purchased, subject to the organiser’s terms.
• Resale of tickets for profit is prohibited.
• Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Organiser Responsibilities

Event organisers who list events on FlexScenes are solely responsible for:

• The accuracy of event details (date, time, venue, description)
• Obtaining all necessary permits and insurance
• The health and safety of attendees at their event
• Notifying attendees of cancellations or changes in a timely manner

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Provide false or misleading information
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform
• Use automated tools to scrape or collect data without written permission
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or organisers

Limitation of Liability

FlexScenesis provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or attendance at any event. Our total liability in any matter is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant ticket.

Intellectual Property

All content on the platform — including design, logos, and copy — is owned by FlexScenes or licensed to us. Event listings and images remain the property of the respective organisers. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without written permission.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
